How do I access my classes?

All classes are accessed by logging into your account and clicking on "Your Library." If you have paid for a membership and do not see your resources within the library, it is likely due to one of these scenarios:

• Your payment has failed and you lost access to the courses.

• You signed up for the membership using a different email address. Please look in your inboxes for the initial welcome email.

• If you purchased the 7 Day Portfolio Builder, it expires in 365 days and has expired.

Is the membership right for me?

This membership was designed to be extremely affordable and full of value for florists who are new and seasoned.

Within the membership you will find classes and coaching calls on how to start from scratch.

You will also find information on how to continue to grow, if you are a seasoned florist. You will have access to information such as: how to optimize your SEO, optimize your inquiry page for higher conversion rates, you will learn how to change your messaging to close sales with clients, how to increase your prices and aim for a luxury audience.

Can I pause my membership?

As of July 2023 Flowering Minds is an Annual Membership, not month-to-month. You can now access the membership at a lower monthly rate, but with a commitment of 12 months.

If you signed up for Flowering Minds in July 2023-present, you either paid in full for 12 months or chose the 12 month payment plan.

If you chose the 12 month payment plan and are experiencing financial hardship, please email us to discuss putting your membership on pause.

If you joined Flowering Minds before July 2023, your membership is totally in your control to manage. Please log in to your account and select Settings in the dropdown menu. Select "Billing Info" at the top right and manage your membership there.

Can I cancel my membership?

If you signed up for Flowering Minds in July 2023 - present, you signed up for an Annual Membership. If you decided to choose the 12 month payment plan, rather than to pay in full, to access the product (Annual Membership), you were given access to the courses and resources before it was fully paid for.

You are not able to cancel your payment plan, as you have received the full product and we do require that it is paid for in full.

If you joined Flowering Minds before July 2023, your membership is totally in your control to manage and to cancel anytime. Please log in to your account and select Settings in the dropdown menu. Select "Billing Info" at the top right and manage your membership there.

I can't log in. Now what?

If you are attempting to log in and your password isn't working, please click "Forgot Password" under the Sign In button.

Once the receive the email and you reset your password, you should see your membership under "Your Library."

If you do NOT see your membership resources, it's likely you used a different email to sign up for Flowering Minds. Please check your other email inboxes for the initial Welcome email. If you still cannot determine which email you used, send us a message above.

If you are logged in with the correct email and still do not see your membership resources, this means your payment has lapsed and your card on file needs to be updated. Update your card info here.

Will my membership automatically renew?

If you joined Flowering Minds before July 2023, your membership will continue to automatically renew every month or every year, depending on the plan you chose, until you choose to cancel your membership within your settings.

If you joined Flowering Minds from July 2023 - present, your Annual Membership will NOT automatically renew after 12 months.
